Due to our unique blend of directors, we are able to offer a wide range of services over and above those usually offered by property management companies.

We keep maintenance costs down! Each director has a practical skill set which enables us to tell the difference between what needs a simple repair and what will need replacing.

We have strong trade connections and can ensure prompt attention to emergency situations where urgent repairs may be necessary.

We can offer not only rent appraisals but also market value appraisals should you intend to sell or refinance.

Our Mission

Simply to treat your investment as if it were our own - to keep the rental return at market rates and ensure the property is well maintained.

About Us

It's nice to know who you are about to deal with, so here's a taste of who we are.

Citylet has been set up by three Rotarians on the Kapiti Coast, although we cover the whole Wellington Region.

The three directors are:

Doug Hooper Smith: Doug has been involved in farm management and property maintenance all of his working life (a considerable time). Doug has a "get it done now" attitude and a strong sense of what is fair and proper. Doug's CAN DO attitude will ensure that when something on your property needs attention (the tenant, the dwelling or the grounds) it will be done.

Peter Ware: Peter used to teach electricians but has been in the real-estate business since 1982. He is a qualified licensee so knows the ins and outs of property management and sales and maximising the return on your investment. |So if you need and appraisal on your property he can handle that too and if need be he'll sell it for you.
